The 20-70-10 Ranking System is a universally recognized method for evaluating employees in any organization. It categorizes employees into the top 20%, the middle 70%, and the bottom 10%. Unfortunately, no company wants individuals in the bottom 10%, as they can create significant issues and challenges for the organization. While it may seem simple to filter out such individuals during the hiring process, some people are skilled at presenting themselves differently during interviews. We, too, have experienced such a situation at Connaq.

The "Destructive Person"

You are about to understand the most unfortunate chapter in our company's history. This individual was the first to receive a warning letter and holds the dubious record of being the only person to receive three warning letters. Despite having a 0% success rate on projects under his supervision, this employee resorted to fabricating information for clients and management. His actions extended beyond underperformance; he introduced negativity into the workplace, influencing colleagues towards failure and breeding resentment towards the company and management. To make matters worse, he utilized online platforms to spread false information, damaging the company's reputation.
