The Story:

Since 2009, FitArch has upheld its motto "Healthy Foot Arches For All," aiding over 50,000 Malaysians in achieving healthier arches. Known for custom-made shoe insoles catering to various foot types, they've garnered a strong reputation among customers.

The Challenge:

Traditionally focused on offline business, FitArch faced challenges in recent years due to increasing online shopping trends.

The Solution:

To tackle this, we launched a series of online marketing campaigns to enhance their online presence. The greatest of all, we have successfully tagged the untag group which meticulously opened up a new market, driving a whopping increase in awareness and engagement.
