During COVID-19, shopping behaviors shifted drastically, prompting industries like Healthcare to adapt to online and contactless methods.

The Challenge:

Healthcare companies faced difficulty in building databases without face-to-face interactions due to pandemic restrictions and consumer reluctance.

So the main challenge faced was “How to build and maintain a database without relying on face to face methods?”

The Solution:

Focusing on unchanging human needs, a marketing strategy was devised to guide consumers towards products through awareness, engagement, and action prompts, resulting in database growth.

Set behind the simple condition of signing up for a trial kit, the campaign was launched during the tail end of the year. The time when people are most likely to spend for various reasons. The campaign's resulting success proves that even in uncertain times, human nature does not change.
